My research is currently focused across different applications of analyte detection on microring resonator chips. I am researching methods to develop molecularly imprinted polymers that allow for the selectivity of the specific template analyte over others in matrix to improve signal detection. I am also involved in a collaboration with Xuewei Wang of the Meyerhoff Group in ionophore fluorescence ion sensing in microfluidics.
During my free time, I enjoy ice skating, walking around campus, exercising and knitting. I am an avid musician, being a member of the Michigan Marching Band and Athletic Bands on campus. I also like reading and cooking.
